Saturday July 18th | 11a-12:30p |$30
Life is movement — and sometimes that movement is chaos. In this energizing and dynamic session, Diana guides us through Wuji Hundun, the ancient practice of Qigong for Chaos. Rather than resisting what swirls around us, we learn to move with it — cultivating courage, awakening our inner strength, and discovering our own unique way of rising to meet the moment.
Through guided meditative movement, we'll explore our personal reactions to the chaos we witness — transforming them into opportunities for self-affirmation and activation. When we understand how we respond to upheaval, we align with the deepest, most grounded part of ourselves. And from that place? We get to choose.
We are living through profound planetary, earthly, and personal transformation. This practice invites you to meet it not from a place of fear or overwhelm, but from the grassroots level of your own Self — grounded, embodied, and fully alive.
WHAT IS QIGONG?
Qigong is the internal martial art of meditative movement. With the intention of releasing stagnation and restoring balance, we follow the trail of our emotions to our organs — harnessing the phases of the elements, guided by breath and intention, to bring ourselves back into harmony.
