Using Coaching In Your Work Creating Change (WINS Network)

Lead by Climate Change Coaches Sarah Flynn and Charly Cox, this masterclass is aimed at anyone who needs to connect, engage, and motivate others to take climate action.

The training session will show how to have better quality conversations that create change.

You can expect to;

• gain a better understanding of what makes conversations about climate so difficult, and how a coaching approach can build connection and reduce resistance.
• Learn a model demonstrating what happens internally when people are faced with a need to change, to help you to make sense of another person’s reactions (and your own).
• Explore when and why people are likely to resist change and share a simple coaching tool that enables you to make better connections to overcome resistance.
• Practice using a coaching intervention with each other and create a plan for how you will use these skills when creating change in the future.

Usually offered to our WINS Members, we're opening this masterclass as a ticketed event to our wider 'Women in Sustainability Network' - that is professional women (and those identifying as women) whose work in some ways are directly delivering the SDGs and the climate/ ecological emergencies the world is facing.

And as a lovely bonus, we'll also be hosting a 30 minute informal networking session to continue the conversation and connections after the training has wrapped up.

This Zoom event will be recorded ONLY for members of the WINS Digital Community.

You can have your camera on or off to attend. Breakout rooms are not recorded and we do recommend everyone switch their cameras on for at least those sessions.
