Join us for the first AFFORD Connect Learning Meetup, bringing together diaspora entrepreneurs, investors, social enterprises and changemakers who are building—or planning to build—ventures across Africa.

Our first session, Using AI to Strengthen Your Fundraising, will explore how AI can be used as a practical tool to make fundraising more effective. Rather than replacing the human judgement needed to develop strong funding applications, we will look at how AI can support different stages of the fundraising journey—from identifying relevant opportunities to strengthening applications and working more efficiently.

The session will have a practical Africa-focused lens, with tools, examples and approaches that participants can begin applying to their own ventures. It is delivered in partnership with our friends at Avalon Insights.

This session forms part of the AFFORD Connect regular monthly meetup learning series, designed to help diaspora-led businesses, charities and social enterprises better understand and navigate the landscape.

The learning session will be followed by informal networking, providing an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and explore potential collaborations with others across the AFFORD Connect community.
