Learn how to use AI safely, protect data, and manage risks in your business.
About this Event

Using AI can save time and improve productivity, but only when your team knows how to use it responsibly.

Many businesses are already using Artificial Intelligence to write content, analyse information, and streamline everyday work. However, without clear guidelines, it becomes easy to expose sensitive information, rely on inaccurate outputs, or create unnecessary risks for your business.

This practical workshop is designed to help business owners, managers and teams use AI with greater confidence. You'll learn simple, practical ways to protect business information, support better decision-making, and establish clear expectations for your team, without slowing down innovation.

What you'll take away

By the end of the workshop, you'll develop practical resources you can start using straight away, including:

  • An AI Safety Checklist to help your team use AI more safely and consistently in everyday work.
  • Internal AI Usage Guidelines with practical rules for handling business information, customer data, and everyday AI tasks.
  • A "What Not to Share" Guide to help your team recognise the types of information that should never be entered into AI tools.
  • Practical Risk Management Tips to reduce common mistakes, improve accuracy, and build greater confidence when using AI across your organisation.

Who Is This Workshop For?
  • Businesses handling sensitive data: Need secure, compliant AI usage for confidential information.
  • Teams adopting AI: Integrating AI into daily workflows (automation, analysis, content).
  • Decision-makers: Driving AI strategy, adoption, and risk management.
  • Data professionals (e.g. data scientists, analysts): Using AI to enhance insights while maintaining data accuracy and governance.

What to Bring
  • Laptop
  • Your organisation's policies or procedures relating to data, privacy or customer information (if available)
