All international students going to the USA for the first time experience some form of culture shock. Come learn what culture shock is, aspects of American culture that might surprise you, and how to cope with your new environment as an international student in the USA. As a supplement to Pre-Departure Orientation, USEF will screen a short video. The video screening will be followed by a discussion on 'Traveling to the USA' in which you will learn about navigating airports, immigration procedures, arriving in the USA, and useful travel tips. This session is open to students who have received students visas for Fall 2022. To attend, register in advance by visiting https://usefnepal.org/usefevents/ On the day of the event, please bringing your passport with the US student visa for check-in. As with Pre-Departure Orientation, we have limited seats; we highly recommend you register as soon as possible!
