Pre-Sale Consignment Sheets are available January 15th - March 20th.
*Only our tags and consignment sheets may be used*
Consignment Sheets are $10.00 per sheet plus $3.00 handling charge per sheet times the number of consignment sheets you need. (ex. 5 sheets = 5x$13=$65) Sorry no refunds for unused sheets.
Please fill out the google form at the link below with your name, address, and phone number and how many sheets. Once your payment has been received, we will mail the consignment sheets and tags. Payment for consignment sheets can be made by check or electronically, see below.

Checks: Please make your check out to WI 4-H Horse Association. Please mail your check to Amy Halverson - 2090 White Oak Terrace, Green Bay WI 54304.
**When you arrive at the sale please make your way to the PRE CONSIGNMENT TABLE to turn in your white sheet and have your items checked and cleared for the sale.**
Items consigned that have not been sold can be picked up at the 4-H Tack Sale area. Items that are not claimed by 5:30 p.m. on Sunday will become the property of the Wisconsin 4-H Horse Association to be disposed of as deemed appropriate.
*A Midwest Horse Fair general admission ticket is required when dropping off and picking up consignment items on Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm, and Sunday 8:00am - 4:00pm
