USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Local Work Group Meeting

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Napa office and Napa Resource Conservation District (RCD) are hosting a Local Working Group Meeting on September 3, 2025 at Massa Ranch near Yountville. This meeting is an opportunity for agricultural landowners and managers, as well as local organizations interested in conservation on agricultural lands, to come together and discuss priorities for NRCS programs. Following an initial welcome and discussion, we will tour Massa Ranch’s vineyard where they have taken a holistic approach to vineyard management by focusing on improving soil health and irrigation efficiency in the vineyard as well as biodiversity with native plantings around the vineyard.
