Please join us for the next **USBC Association Leadership Academy**, taking place October 13–14, 2026, at USBC Headquarters in Arlington, Texas.
The Association Leadership Academy reflects USBC's commitment to providing quality education and leadership development opportunities for local and state association volunteers. Through interactive workshops, collaborative discussions, and networking opportunities with fellow association leaders from across the country, attendees will gain practical knowledge and resources they can immediately bring back to strengthen their associations.
Each association may send up to **two (2) current board members**. We encourage associations to select board members who are eager to learn new ideas, share experiences, and return home with valuable tools to better serve their members.

### Travel & Expenses
USBC will cover all major travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, and meals. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel, while USBC will provide lunch and dinner throughout the Academy.
Attendees who choose to drive will be reimbursed at **$0.25 per mile (round trip)** based on the distance from their home address to the hotel.
USBC will coordinate and book all approved airfare and hotel accommodations and will provide confirmation details prior to your departure.
### What to Bring
Please wear your association shirt on **Wednesday** for our group and association photos.
### Eligibility
To provide as many associations as possible the opportunity to participate, individuals who have previously attended an Association Leadership Academy are **not eligible** to attend this session.
