💪 Why It Matters:
For too long, girls and women have faced restrictions in accessing sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental health care—areas critical to their growth, confidence, and well-being. FitCon aims to change this by inspiring girls to claim their right to a healthy mind and body and encouraging communities to support them.
