Usaato clothing is made from high quality cotton, hemp, and silk fabrics woven and sewn in farming villages in Laos and Chiang Mai, Thailand.
It is Usaato's mission to support sustainable agriculture, respect their village traditions, and bring a healthy economy and quality life to these villages.
The energy of creating each piece through dedication, passion, and love can be felt on your body and in your soul.

Usato Designer : Usaburo Sato
After working as a designer for a Japanese company, he went to Europe and the U.S. to work in the creation and production of trend-setting fashions and wedding dresses.
In 1994, he set off to travel the world in search of a genuine material through which the energy of Life could be felt, and in 1996 he arrived in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Usaburo continues to design and create clothing utilizing the traditional threads and fabrics woven and dyed by ethnic minority peoples in Thailand.
Born in Hokkaido, Japan.
