3 DAY EVENTS (3 SEPARATE RACES)
“EVERY EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL USABMX MEMBERS” YOU MAY RACE ALL 3 DAYS OR ANY DAY OF YOUR CHOOSING.
HERE ARE THE GUIDELINES SET FORTH FOR THIS YEAR’S EVENT.
Car and Truck Parking $10 per day ($30 for weekend) DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS
Motorhomes, RV’s, 5th Wheel, Team Trailers, Pull behinds, $100 for weekend. DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS (FIRST COME FIRST SERVE PHILOSOPY)
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR TENT CAMPING!
There are NO Shower Houses, there are NO septic or Water Hookups.
No open fires allowed; you may have a campfire if you bring a metal fire pit ring and some wood.
No Alcoholic beverages are allowed in the park.
Quiet time is from 10am till 7pm (ALL GENERATORS MUST BE OFF)
Roping off areas or saving spots will not be allowed.
It is your RESPONSIBILITY to maintain your area.
Please put all trash bags along the road for an AM pickup!
NO PARKING along Safford Road or at the Equestrian Park (Lockwood Park). Neighbors have complained over the years, and it has become increasing dangerous to park here. City of Rockford will ticket and tow vehicles at their own choosing.
PERSONAL GOLF CARTS are NOT allowed. Park police will ask you to leave the premises.
PLEASE BE KIND TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD!
ANYONE ARRIVING AFTER HOURS (8PM-6AM) IS ENCOURAGED TO WAIT UNTIL PARKING OPENS THE FOLLOWING DAY. THERE IS A WALMART LESS THAN 1 MILE FROM THE TRACK. Last thing we want is to have to wake you at 5am and tell you to relocate.
REMEMBER CAMPING IS A PRIVILEDGE, NOT A RIGHT!
ROCKFORD POLICE, PARK DISTRICT POLICE, ALONG WITH PARKING STAFF CAN REMOVE ANYONE FROM THE PARK IF NECESSARY!
ILLINOIS GOVERNOR HAS “INTENTIONS” TO REMOVE ALL COVID-19 STIPULATIONS ON JUNE 11TH, BLEACHERS MAY BE RETURNED AT THIS TIME. PLEASE BRING YOUR MASK!
WE ARE ENVISIONING THIS AS ONE OF OUR “BIGGER” NATIONALS THIS YEAR, LOTS OF PREPERATIONS, LOTS OF REGULATIONS. IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE EVERYONES PESONAL REQUEST OR COMMENTS AT THIS TIME. REMEMBER THE PARKING STAFF WILL DO THERE BEST TO PLEASE YOU. IF YOU ARE ARIVING LATER THAN FRIDAY, BRING A GOOD PAIR OF WALKING SHOES. THERE IS A BIKE PATH THAT RUNS THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE PARK, ENDING UP AT THE TRACK.

THURSDAY JUNE 17TH
ALL DAY VENDOR / SPONSER SET UP (You must contact USABMX to secure a spot for your Team Trailer!)
RV, MOTORHOME, PARKING OPENS AT 10AM (THIS WILL BE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS). The cost is $100 for the weekend. ANYONE WHO SETS UP PRIOR TO THIS WILL BE ASKED TO MOVE OR RISK BEING REMOVED FROM THE EVENT! YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR PARKING. YOU WILL BE DESIGNATED TO A SPECIFIC AREA. Moving of RV’s and campers after hours is not allowed. IF YOU WISH TO PARK TOGETHER, WE RECOMMEND YOU ARRIVE TOGETHER! DRIVABLE RV’S REQUIRING BLACKTOP FOR PARKING PURPOSES WILL BE DELIGATED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE 88 ACRE PARK!
Tent camping is allowed on Thursday evening. Please inform the parking attendants that you plan to “tent” camp. You will be delegated to your respectful areas.
CARS/TRUCKS PARKING PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR THURSDAYS PRATICE. (We ADVISE purchasing beforehand, makes things smoother on Friday!)
CANOPY SET UP IS NOON! Again, this is a first come first serve basis. In the interest of being fair to everyone, there is always a line of individuals waiting to set up their canopies. We suggest everyone be patient and adhere to these rules. There will be some RESTRICTED areas for canopies! Rockford BMX reserves the right to REMOVE any canopies from the track.
GATE PRACTICE STARTS AT NOON AND CONCLUDES WITH A PRO PRACTICE AT 5:00PM. PRICE FOR GATE PRACTICE IS $10 PER BIKE. PLEASE REGISTER FOR PRACTICE IN REGISTRATION (BLUE ROOF BUILDING). ALL CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER YOUR PRACTICE BEGINS AT THE TOP OF THE HOUR! PRO PRACTICE IS FROM 5-6PM ON THURSDAY.
CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. THE BIKE SHOP, LOANER BIKES AND LOANER HELMETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE THIS WEEKEND! (PLAN AHEAD!)
