Us2 is The Elite U2 Tribute Experience born out of love for the music that has become the soundtrack for our lives. The band takes pride in highly accurate live performances channeling incredible energy with very strong sound alike vocals, but it is impossible to ignore the uncanny resemblances to our beloved U2. To sound like U2 and bring that spirit to people is an amazing thing, to look this much like them is more than anyone could ask. Frontman Tim Milligan seemingly becomes Bono (so much that Bono himself would blush), the band rises up, and what you see defies reality.
Individually band members have had storied careers performing worldwide from Australia & the Middle East to Europe and North America. Being a graduate of the Australian Institute of Music, Guitarist/singer Pete Robertson did extensive touring and recording for Sony Records, Warner Music, and Atlantic Records in Australia before moving to the United States in 2000. Collectively, band members have shared the stage and/or recorded with Eddie Money, Kix, Survivor, Guns N Roses guitarist Bumblefoot, Modern English, Neil Schon (Journey), Lez Warner (The Cult), Jimmy Crespo (Aerosmith), Tim “Ripper” Owens (Judas Priest), David Allen Coe, Bryan Beller (Bassist for Joe Satriani & Steve Vai), Mike Orlando (Adrenalin Mob), Patrick Moraz (Yes & The Moody Blues), Chris Slade (AC/DC), Leslie West (Mountain), Richard Patrick (Filter & Nine Inch Nails), Mike Gibbins (Badfinger), and Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big & The Winery Dogs). Currently based in Florida, Us2 is playing only limited Florida dates in 2023 in preparation of a busy 2024 travel schedule. Come and see this most rare band and remember for a few hours.
