The National Museum of Mexican Art, in partnership with the Juan Gabriel Estate and Sony Music Vision, proudly presents the U.S. premiere of Juan Gabriel: Mi Primer Bellas Artes, the newly restored and remastered concert film celebrating one of the most iconic performances in Latin music history.

Directed by María José Cuevas and produced by Sony Music Vision, this newly reimagined edition commemorates the 10th anniversary of Juan Gabriel’s passing and includes never-before-seen rehearsal footage from the artist’s personal archive.
Presented on the same day the film premieres in theaters across Mexico and Latin America, this special event marks the only free public U.S. screening.
Before the screening, enjoy a live mariachi welcome featuring Chicago’s Mariachi Sirenas along with additional Chicago mariachi musicians.
The first 1,000 attendees will receive a free commemorative event poster while supplies last.
