Whether you're running for yourself or someone else, join us for a track night to raise money for CALM and suicide prevention.
About this Event

URUNN and CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) are united against suicide for a charity track night; to move, to talk, and to show what running can do for your mental health.

Join us for a track night with a purpose: a session for every ability, real conversation, and proceeds that go straight back into life-saving work.

Every penny from every ticket goes to CALM.

That's why tickets are £12.20 — the exact cost of a call to the CALM helpline.

What's On

  • 18:30PM - Arrivals and bag drop
  • 18:45 - Session starts with pace groups for all abilities.
  • 19:45 - Post-session pizza and Q&A with Manchester Marathon winner Adam Clarke, one of Britain's fastest marathoners Charlotte Purdue & CALM ambassadors.
  • 8:45 - Wrap

👕 PLUS limited edition CALM x URUNN t-shirts.

Tickets

£12.20 per person. Limited capacity for the session and for pizza — once they're gone, they're gone.

One in four of us will feel suicidal in our lifetime. CALM exists to change that — to help people find a way through, not out.

URUNN exists to get people moving, because we know first-hand both the physical and mental benefits of running.

If you or someone you know is struggling, thecalmzone.net has loads of tools and resources to help.

Getting there

Public Transport

The track sits inside Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, right next to London Stadium. Here's your best route in:

  • Pudding Mill Lane (DLR) ~10 min walk — closest station, use Bridge 4
  • Stratford (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line, London Overground, DLR, National Rail) ~15 min walk
  • Hackney Wick (London Overground) ~15 min walk
  • Stratford International (DLR, Southeastern) ~20 min walk

Pudding Mill Lane is your quickest way in and sits right by Bridge 4, next to the track. Stratford is the better bet if you're travelling from further afield or want more line options.

By Car

  • Westfield Stratford City Car Park ~15 min walk
  • Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Multi-Storey Car Park (North Park) ~10–15 min walk
