Canisius grad Tom Moriarty fell in love with Spanish food and returned to Buffalo to open Moriarty Meats, a butcher shop that only cuts locally raised animals, and Cafe Bar Moriarty, a restaurant that draws from the butcher shop. From tapas to pork sandwiches, Chef Jennifer Boye’s menu reminds people of the little family place they fell in love with in Madrid.
