Who is it for?
Virtually anyone! We welcome everyone (age 10+ yrs) who can participate in cardiovascular exercise. All exercises are accessible for those who are unable to stand.
What will I be doing?
Gentle simulated laughter followed by fun laughter exercises, plus Bollywood Laughter Dance!
Followed by a nourishing deep relaxation (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) to revive and revitalise.
How you will feel:
- Totally de-stressed - sleep well
- Enjoy complete relaxation and escape the outside world
- Any initial awkwardness quickly fades - and you might make new friends!
FEEL ALIVE and motivated with your DOSE of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins
Clients sleep solidly through the night after these sessions!
