Escape the holidays with Urinetown: The Musical, presented by the Colorado Springs Conservatory in collaboration with the Colorado College Music Department.
Winner of three Tony Awards, Urinetown is a fast, funny and irreverent musical satire about a town where citizens must pay for one of humanity's most basic needs. When one young rebel decides enough is enough, an unlikely uprising takes shape, filled with bold characters, sharp comedy and a surprisingly big heart.
Yes, that's the title. Yes, it's a musical. Come see what happens when Conservatory Preparatory Theatre students take on smart, challenging material.
Directed by Nathan Halvorson
Co-choreographed by Nathan Halvorson and John Franklin-Wolfe
Performed by Colorado Springs Conservatory Preparatory Theatre students in collaboration with the Colorado College Music Department.
