September 26th’s group run might go down in history as the best one yet! Join us early if possible around 5:30pm but the run will start at 6pm as usual. We will be joined by Run In Anderson, Hoka, Salty Britches owner Amy Tucker with goodies to purchase and she’s usually good for some samples as well. Myomuv PT will also be present for assessments of injuries and their vast knowledge to share. Ainsley’s angels and Earn your Wings 5k will host a vendor table to educate and encourage you to participate with their events. BUT this is only the sprinkles! There will still be a big reveal at group run. So why would you miss out on this night.
