Come experience the friendliest group around for your weekly long run on the SRT. Meeting at 6:30am at the Unity Park restrooms and heading out towards Furman. All paces are welcome with most represented in the group. Comment your planned workout below to connect with others ahead of time. Waffle House is usually around 9:30am to refuel and catch up with the fast runners that we couldn’t speak with in a run. If you are new there are bathroom at the Swamp rabbit cafe and Furman. Water at mile swamp rabbit cafe, 3.7 caboose, Furman (bathroom) and TR.
