This is an scripted, improv space for you to just show up, express and feel celebrated in all your imperfections

Move out of the chatter of the mind , release any stories of not feeling enough and let the soul express!

Breathwork - 3 rounds of circular breath release tension, blockages, reduce negative chattter and emotion. Eat light max 60 mins prior to the session.

Ecstatic Dance is a style of movement, and sober dance without structures. Your own unique experience and opportunity to free the body through dance liberation. Boost energy. Release Stagnancy, tension, and enhance creativity.

Jamming circle

Bring any insteuments, mics, guitars, drums, pots n pans. Let's ramp up the frequency and co create some magic.

Authentic relating

... how do we find the energy to express authentically (not faking it) when were operating from a space of lack, tension, stress or worry?

Whatever we dont express.. grief, anger, sadness .. we store...which over time can have an effect on our interpersonal relationships, and how brightly we shine in the world.

Emotion is just unprocessed energy in motion and when fully expressed within a supportive environment, can create more room for joy, bliss, connection, flow states, freedom, peace and the FULLNESS of life.
