Join us for a sketchwalk along the scenic banks of the New River at Riverwalk on Sunday, August, 21st, 2022. We will be meeting at 10:30 AM in front of the stage area at Huizenga Plaza located at 32 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.From there we will venture out along the "Riverwalk" between Huizenga Plaza and the Historic Stranahan House. This area features a lush tropical waterfront in the downtown center of an urban metropolis.

We will begin to wrap up our sketching at 12:45 PM; and reconvene back where we started at the Huizenga Plaza stage area for the final throwdown at 1:00PM where we may share our sketching experiences with each other.
There are many places nearby where you can buy food and refreshments. We encourage you to bring plenty of water for hydration and to prepare for possible exposure to the sun. There are plenty of shaded areas.
It is advised that participants bring their own sketching materials. We will share what we can if needed.
There is no cost to attend this Urban Sketchers Fort Lauderdale group event. We look forward to sketching with you!
