Please be on time as class begins PROMPTLY at 11AM
* Please eat a light meal at least 1 hour before attending.
Vaccinated attendees - Masks are optional.
Unvaccinated attendees - MASKS ARE MANDATORY.
You must show proof of Vaccination at registration or at the door with valid identification.
WATER AND A LIGHT SNACK WILL BE PROVIDED HALFWAY THROUGH THE CLASS.
