Urban Run Series heads to the Saranac Brewery in Utica, NY on Saturday April 22,2023.The Saranac Brewery Urban Run event is free and open to all runners and all levels!
Here's what you can expect:
At 9:30am, Utica Coffee will be available to give you an extra boost before the Urban Run. Then at 10am, Brooks Running will be hosting a demo day and Kevin (Lululemon Ambassador) with support from In Bloom Yoga will be leading a yoga event to help you warm up and get in the zone.
The Urban Run will kick off at 11am and take you through either a 3 or 5 mile course that's perfect for seasoned runners and beginners alike. It's an amazing opportunity to see the heart of our beautiful city.
After you complete the run, join us at the 1888 Tavern for our post-run food/drink specials at noon. So, grab your running shoes, your yoga mat, and get ready for an amazing time. We can't wait to see you there!
