Discover how to blend your practice into your everyday life.
During the day we will practice together, with the guidance of two teachers. In the evening the challenge is to lead yourself in your everyday environment, perhaps in relation to family and others, with support from online practice. The intention is to be in silence for five days.
Slow down and shift from the doing-mode to being-mode. Allow yourself to be in a place without pressure, supported by the guidance of the teachers and the presence of the group.
Learn simple methods to be more at ease with your feelings and disturbing thoughts. Explore ways to be more relaxed with the challenges of stress, fear, sadness and insecurity. The emphasis is on how to bring that compassionate space into our daily life and our relationships.
There will be periods of shared silence, guided meditations, short lectures, dialogs and simple mindful movement. We will help you to establish a mindfulness practice which suits your lifestyle without becoming an extra burden.
