How does one sum up Urban Renewal and the reinvention of downtown? A thriving downtown is what makes or breaks a city. The city was faced with blocks of aged buildings that needed thousands of dollars of maintenance and repair. The easy decision was to remove them. But some of these decisions were too easy. The loss that took place still has ramifications today.
