✨ PRACTICE• EXPLORE • GROW ✨
Hey everyone! 👋🏽
I’m really excited to share that I’m going to be trialling a practice & training session for the community on Saturday 24th October.
The idea is to create a space where we can take what we learn from our amazing teachers and actually put it into practice — slowing things down, repeating, breaking things down, building muscle memory and working on the things we want to develop.
This is absolutely not intended to take away from the amazing classes, teaching or guidance we receive. It’s simply an opportunity to spend more time practicing and exploring what we’ve learned, so we can continue developing between classes.
Whether that’s connection, musicality, technique, patterns, confidence or simply getting more comfortable with something.
There’ll also be the opportunity to practice with different partners, identify your own areas to work on, and share and receive feedback in a safe and supportive space. 🫶
No pressure and no perfection — just a space to practice, experiment, support each other and grow together.
All levels welcome — just come, practice and enjoy the dance. ❤️
And ultimately, the aim is to take what we learn in class and bring it to the dance floor and into the social. 💃🏽🕺🏽
📅 Saturday 24th October
⏰ 4:30–8:00 PM
📍 Dance Station, 80 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 3DH
Would love to see you there! ✨
