The Urban Guerillas return to Newcastle to launch their 'Invitation' single. An instruction manual of cosmic proportions deliciously stuck inside a powerful 3 minute song. Recorded earlier this year at Jim Mogine's Oceanic studio, the sound is big and bright and on message. Always upbeat, the Guerillas live show brings their trademark enthusiasm and energy to the front bar, oozing variety, creativity and passionate intensity. A night of fun in a crazy world! Their music is developed from a vast array of influences and interpretations and best described as alternative indie although there are recognisable traces of folk, rock, ska, and whatever it is that makes you know you are listening to Aussie Rock, pub style.
