About this Event

This course is part of our FREE 8 class UPSKILL VILLAGE series. These classes are offered to any Lee County Resident, ages 16 and older, who is looking to improve SOFTSKILLS and UPSKILL their resume in the professional realm.

Each participant will earn THREE micro-credential digital badges upon completion of the course.

This BUNDLE course will give participants the opportunity to complete THREE micro-credentials for the following classes:

RESILIENCE:
Participants will learn:
1. The capacity to learn from experience
2. To exhibit flexibility
3. To demonstrate self-awareness
4. To focus on solutions

INTERCULTURAL FLUENCY:
Participants will learn to:
1. Recognize and challenge their own cultural biases
2. Show curiosity
3. Demonstrate self-awareness
4. Incorporate diverse perspectives.

INITIATIVE :
Participants will learn to:
1. Lead Without Title
2. Demonstrate Self-awareness
3. Act as a Catalyst
4. Learn from Experience

DATES: 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31 (FOUR Weeks of Classes)

If, for any reason, the instructor has to cancel a class, a makeup class will be provided.
