Upshur County used tire disposal event (for car and truck tires only). Please bring your driver's license or other proof of residency in Upshur County. Participants will be limited to two disposal trips (or until space runs out). Please do not bring tires with rims attached, inner tubes or tires full of debris or rubble - they will not be accepted.
