Upper Middle Road Public Information Drop-in Session

Residents are invited to attend a public information drop-in session, June 25, 2026, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Mountainside Recreation Center, 2205 Mount Forest Dr., Burlington to learn about the Upper Middle Road Renewal Project scheduled to happen near M. M. Robinson High School.
The City of Burlington and the Region of Halton are completing a minor reconstruction project on Upper Middle Road starting in the fall of 2026 and finishing in the fall of 2027.
The Region of Halton will be completing the installation of a new watermain on Upper Middle Road from Mountain Grove Avenue to Guelph Line. This work is scheduled to be completed in the fall/winter of 2026.
The City of Burlington will be installing new sidewalks and off-road cycle tracks as part of this project beginning in spring 2027. A new center median with trees will be installed from Mountain Grove to the M.M. Robinson High School entrance.
The City will also be completing the resurfacing of the roadway inside the project area.
