-Yoga mat (studio provides only 10, no just come as you are if you don't have one, but if you do, please bring just in case).
-Studio provides enough blankets, but you may still wish to bring your own, as well as a pillow if you'd like.
-Bolster are also available.

As her sole profession for over 2 decades, Nicole Alcyon has combined her expertise as a Hypnotherapist and Sound Healer with chakra work to create unique and therapeutic sound healing sessions. These immersive experiences invite deep relaxation, energetic renewal, and support a strengthened connection to the Higher Self.

Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing them for the first time, the concept of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was instantly “downloaded” into her awareness and birthed into existence.

Since then, she has facilitated private and group sessions, retreats, and courses, always emphasizing the importance of a sacred, energetically clean, and safe space for release and integration.
