:My name Is Arielle Adams and I work for Uplifting Deals. We are a local company that has three brick and mortar stores, a wholesale warehouse, and an online department, that employs locals and families.
I have always wanted to give back to my community in any way I can, So, with big ideas, I reached out to my boss. Parker, the owner of Uplifting Deals. He welcomed the idea with open arms and provided me with what I needed for the event...that brings us to today!
I chose Beloved Asheville because of how much they do for not only our community, but also surrounding communities. From sheltering the homeless, to building houses after Helene, to food and personal hygiene, they are such a resource for those in need and those that need it most. Please help me by donating to our drive to help Uplift BeLoved and our community in preparation for the cold winters ahead!
Our in-person event will be held on Sept. 27th from 10am-5pm at our wholesale warehouse.
There will be a bake sale, drinks, and a raffle for prizes! The tickets are 5$ per raffle entry. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event and also be purchased online. There are some great and valuable prizes to win! There are many local gift cards for local businesses, a DJ/party package worth 1,000$, various expensive whiskeys, a local author's signed books, and a local artists painting! We will have the drawing for the winners on Monday, Sept. 29th at 3pm.
It is also encouraged to bring the physical goods on the list for our donation drive for BeLoved.
All proceeds from these sales ( 100% of bake sale, donations, and raffle ticket purchases} will go directly to Beloved Asheville. As an added bonus, we will also have two hot food providers for sale.
