UPLIFT Youth Foundation | 4TH ANNUAL FUNDRAISER

UPLIFT Youth Foundation invites you to an empowering community experience to raise funds for teen mental health. This exciting afternoon will be filled with the opportunity to learn more about our mission and, most importantly, see our teens in action! UPLIFT Mentors and Teen Teachers will lead an experiential session including mindful movement, meditation, and heart-centered conversation. This event is a chance to contribute and also an opportunity to connect - to be part of a community actively working to make a difference. Thank you for supporting us as we raise awareness and funds for our mission to grow!

During this experience, you will:

• Hear from our teens about their own mental health journeys

• Connect with your body through mindful movement

• Learn and experience our OWN IT Meditation and other mindfulness tools

• Walk away with self-love and a toolbox to access your inner best friend

• Empower more youth with life-changing tools through your contribution
