About this Event
7:15pm start on the sand in front of Elwood Bathers.
Bring a towel or yoga mat, and an open mind! We provide blankets for the cold nights.
The session consists of short breathwork exercises, connection activities and a meditation to leave you feeling light and buzzed for the rest of the week.
The session will run for around 45 minutes, after which you will rise from the meditation to a beautiful sunset! After the session is a great time to chat, and maybe even jump in the water for a dip!
