It's finally here! Join instructors Candace and Ali for the official launch of the hottest new strength training format around: UPLIFT! 💪🏽✨
UPLIFT is a full-body strength workout using dumbbells and resistance bands, with ridiculously fun choreographed moves set to iconic music you know and love. While it's NOT a dance class, UPLIFT is brought to you by the creators of SHiNE Dance Fitness: International industry experts in inclusivity, positivity, and creativity within a framework that is welcoming and modifiable to all levels of ability. We will meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go!
Wear sturdy shoes and don't forget your water.
All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own resistance bands if you prefer.
