About this Event

Tuesday 3rd November will be our very first UpFront Survivors Gloucester monthly creative meet up for adult survivors of child sexual abuse (CSA) and their allies.

This will be a space for CSA survivors (and friends/allies) to connect, learn about the project, share ideas and meet our team.

The session will be led by Viv Gordon who will guide us through simple exercises to get us writing about what issues matter to us and changes we'd like to see for our community in Gloucester.

Viv Gordon is a writer, performer, CSA survivor activist and Artistic Director of Viv Gordon Company CIC. Our work is a creative campaign to make narrative change and build community belonging, pride and leadership by, for and with adult survivors of child sexual abuse.

UpFront Survivors Gloucester is a radical programme of creative change-making, led by Viv Gordon Company and funded by Barnwood Trust. Our monthly creative meetups will happen the first Tuesday of every month. We are also planning a community creative outcome in 2027.

All of our workshops are open to CSA survivors, friends and allies, aged 18+
