Upcycling Workshop

Event Details
Join us for a fun, hands-on 3-week charity upcycling workshop where you’ll learn how to transform old clothes into fresh, creative pieces. Each session focuses on a new skill — fabric painting, cutting & reshaping, and simple sewing — with plenty of time to practice.

What to Bring:

• Clothes you’d like to upcycle (T-shirts, jeans, jackets, etc.)
• We also have a wide variety of clothes for sale that you can choose from, starting at £1
• All paints, sewing supplies, and embellishments will be provided

Venue Information:

• Location: Your Love Rara HQ [25 Castle St, Aberdeen AB11 5BG]
• Easy access by public transit/parking availability
• Restrooms and water are available on site

Accessibility:

• The venue is wheelchair accessible
• Seating and tables will be provided
• If you have specific needs, please let us know in advance

Good to Know:

• No prior sewing or art experience needed — beginners welcome!
• Wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on
• Each participant will take home 3–4 upcycled items by the end of the program
