Upcycled Papier-Mache Vase Workshop

In this entertaining and creative 2-part workshop, we'll be combining our passion for using recycled materials with traditional papier mache techniques to create unique sculptural floral vases.
In the first session, artist Mike Berndt will demonstrate how to use simple materials like paper and tape to create 3D forms and build them into rigid sculptures using Papier Mache. The example in the photos is a bird but you'll be able to craft your vase into anything you can imagine!
In the second session we'll use acrylic paint to decorate our vases and create bright, colorful, one of a kind pieces we'll be proud to display in our homes.
Please note: You must be able to attend both sessions. All materials will be provided, all you need to bring is your creativity! This workshop is appropriate for all ages 8+.
