Upcycled Fashion Accessories with Liz De Leon - Mid City

Participants will create their own customized hair clips and rosette award ribbons using fabric scraps, buttons, ribbons, lace, and other reclaimed materials. All materials will be provided, and no prior crafting experience is necessary.
