Come get inspired by the beauty of natural flowers as we create simple, yet stunning floral embroidery artwork. Using natural imprints of fresh flowers as a foundation, participants then sew on designs using basic embroidery techniques. The result is a stunning nature-inspired floral embroidery hoop that will brighten your home or office in celebration of spring. No previous sewing or embroidery skills are required.
About the Instructor

Vinh G. Nguyen is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, and facilitator. Vinh is known for his work in the theatre, and has facilitated many arts, cultural, and community events and workshops. His goal is to enrich and bring the community together through the power of the arts. He has taught at San Jose State University and Las Positas College, and has held arts leadership positions at Chopsticks Alley Art and Montalvo Arts Center.
