UPC Fridays Networking (Moving Like an Investor)

Welcome to UPC and the Urban Investors DMV REIA. Join us for the 1st or 2nd Friday of every month as we network, learn new skills, and build community in a casual, laid-back, and low key environment.

This month we'll be at a new location, turning the level up a notch and discussing the mindset of lender-investors. We will be joined by 1 or 2 individuals experienced in assessing business deals and leveraging their own or other people's income to fund the deal and reap a more passive return than the active investor.

The discussion will take about 45 minutes with networking before and after.
