Up Your Lindy Hop - Weekly series

You’ve taken beginner swing dance lessons, but you’re ready to learn more. You want to be able to connect with your partner, lead and follow well, and learn some new moves while you’re at it!
Or perhaps you’re someone who has never done swing dancing before, but you’re looking for a fun, new dance to try out.
If once or twice a month dance lessons that teach the same moves and concepts over and over again are just not for you, join us in this progressive Lindy Hop series, where we have different moves and different fundamentals planned for you every week!
Amye was once a beginner-intermediate level dancer who was hungry for more opportunities to learn the fundamentals to make her become a better follower. It was when she began to participate in weekly progressive lessons focusing on the fundamentals that she really began to master Lindy Hop. Now she’s taken everything she’s learned from past group lessons, private lessons with professional award-winning Lindy Hoppers, and through her journey of practicing and creating her own style and has carefully crafted a curriculum to help you get to the same place.
This series will be open level, so whether you are an intermediate dancer, or brand new, there will be something for you. All levels of dancers need to know the same fundamentals, so with the help pf advanced dancers like Amye Francis, Lessa Selig, and Aaron Seals, we’re creating a series that will use these fundamentals to both teach the beginner dancer how to become a great dancer, and will elevate the intermediate dancer to a new level.
