In the 19th century, a Fleet Review was a signal of battle-ready mobilisation. Today, it is a magnificent display of international friendship and sea power.
To celebrate 125 years of the Royal Australian Navy, the Naval Historical Society of Australia (NHSA) invites you aboard the heritage vessel MV Bennelong for a once-in-a-lifetime Twilight Cruise during Exercise Kakadu.
The Spectacle: Includes up to 30 ships from 20 countries which assembled earlier in the day to be reviewed by the Governor General from the reviewing ship, HMAS Leeuwin. As they remain anchored overnight dressed overall with lights, it will be a sight not to be missed.

The Experience:

Expert Commentary: Our NHSA volunteers will provide live on-board insights into the ships, the history, and the traditions of the review.

Day & Night Views: Experience the fleet in full daylight, followed by the breathtaking "Illumination of the Fleet" after dark. Historical flotilla procession at 6:45PM.

Classic Comfort: Relax on the expansive decks of the 80ft timber yacht MV Bennelong.

Time: 5:30PM to 9:00PM

Where: King Street Wharf 3, Darling Harbour.

Food: Substantial cold and hot canape menu. Beverages are available for purchase at the fully-licensed bar on board.

Entry: This is an 18+ event. Open to the general public.

$90 per person

The Harbour will not see a sight like this again for a decade. Secure your tickets before they sell out.

While our crew is exceptionally helpful, the ship does not have the facilities to accommodate wheelchairs or mobility aids. Due to the historic nature of the ship and its layout, access may also involve steps and narrow passageways that could pose challenges for guests with limited mobility.
