UOttawa Tango invites you to a weekend celebration of Argentine Tango at the beautiful Huguette Labelle Hall, an art deco treasure at the historic heart of the University of Ottawa campus.
We are priviledged to welcome for this ocassion the truly remarkable dancer, teacher and 2022 USA tango champion, Nella, who will be giving workshops with the incredibly talented Veysel Simsek, tango instructor at McGill University.
Our dear tango friends Ivan and Cristina will be spinning your favorite tandas on Friday and Saturday evening, and we are extremely proud to present a tango concert on Saturday afternoon featuring a group of very talented musicians enrolled at the University of Ottawa’s School of Music.

Please show your support for tango in Ottawa and help us share our love of the dance during this unique and inspiring event!

Le 14 et 15 mars, UOttawa Tango vous invite à une célébration du tango argentin qui aura lieu dans la magnifique salle Huguette Labelle, un trésor art déco au cœur historique du campus de l’Université d’Ottawa. Nous avons le privilège d’accueillir pour cette occasion la danseuse, enseignante et championne de tango des États-Unis 2022, Nella, qui donnera des ateliers avec l’incroyablement talentueux Veysel Simsek, instructeur de tango à l’Université McGill. Nos chers amis de tango Ivan (Ottawa) et Cristina (Montréal) feront tourner vos tandas préférées le vendredi et le samedi soir. Nous sommes extrêmement fiers de présenter un concert de tango le samedi après-midi avec un groupe de musiciens très talentueux inscrits à l’École de musique de l’Université d’Ottawa. Veuillez montrer votre soutien au tango et nous aider à partager notre amour de la danse lors de cet événement unique et inspirant !
