UofGlasgow Keystone Building Site Tour

Visit the Keystone Building site at the University of Glasgow! Keystone is the second largest building on campus, after the Gilbert Scott.
About this Event

Join us for a unique opportunity to visit one of the largest buildings at the University of Glasgow, while it is still under construction. You will have an opportunity to explore how we approach our construction, see the inside of the Keystone Building, and hear from the professionals making it all happen.

Keystone will be a new learning, teaching and research powerhouse with superlabs, a makers space, a lecture theatre, and much more. As part of Doors Open Day 2026, we are offering the chance to get your hard hat on and come onto an active building site to see exactly what's going on.

Details:

• Each group will meet outside of the Tinderbox in the Adam Smith Building on Dumbarton Road (opposite Wunderbar).
• Personal Protective Equipment will be required for the tour, and will be provided for you. We will need your boot and jacket size in advance.
• Please note this tour includes a number of stairs and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible.
