The Association of Energy Engineers Alberta Chapter invites its members and friends to a tour of the Univ. of Calgary district energy plant.About this Event
Join the AEE Alberta Chapter and an executive from the University of Calgary energy management team for a tour of the University's District Energy heating plant and system, followed by a presentation on the University’s climate action plan. Your admission to this event includes a follow-up networking event at Alt Hotel University District, a short 14-min walk from the tour venue.
When: Tuesday, June 25, 2024
Program:
- 2:45 Arrival at the University of Calgary heating plant (3550 Ulrich Rd NW, Calgary)
- 3:00 Introduction and safety briefing
- 3:10 to 3:55 Tour and questions
- 4:00 Presentation on the University’s climate action plan
- 5:00 to 7:00 Networking reception at Alt Hotel University District (482 Mclaurin St, NW)
Your admission to this event includes the guided tour, presentation, 1 drink, and finger food at the Alt Hotel.
