Join one of four uplifting small-group conversations focused on Men, Women, Seniors, and Youth.
Led by caring mental-health professionals and co-facilitators, each session creates a safe space for reflection, healing, and shared support.

7:30 PM – Group Debrief & Sharing
Come back together as a community to share insights, highlight lessons, and celebrate our collective strength.

7:55 PM – Closing Remarks
Hear closing reflections from Deputy Borough President Ebony Young on what’s next in our shared journey of wellness and community connection.
