Join us for this 3 hour event including an extended yoga session designed to deeply nourish and rejuvenate your body & mind. This class focuses on deep stretches and long holds to release tightness in the body leaving you feeling balanced, calm, grounded, mobile & free. After the session, enjoy a glass of wine or kombucha, intended to help you relax, have fun, and connect with those around you. This will truly be an afternoon you will be glad you attended, your body will feel amazing and loose, your heart fulfilled and free.
