Yoga, Meditation, Journaling
+ Hot Tub, Sauna, Campfire
Unwind your week with a rejuvenating combination of restorative practices to help you unwind and reset or to manage stress, reconnect with yourself and transition into your weekend with ease.
The Evening Includes:
Yin Yoga: Connect more deeply into your body with sustained and supported poses to unwind stored tension.
Breathwork/Pranayama : To re and relax and settle your nervous system.
Guided Meditation: To calm the mind and support you in processing any challenging emotions that may be arising for you in life at present.
Journaling: Explore your thoughts and emotions with reflective journaling exercises, encouraging self-discovery and mindfulness.
Yoga Nidra/’Yogic Sleep’ : A restorative, meditative practice that creates effortless relaxation by guiding you, step by step, deeper into your physical and inner landscape.
Sauna, Hot tub (Optional): Relax and rejuvenate in the outdoor hot tub and indoor Finnish sauna, providing a perfect complement to your self-care experience.
