Take a moment to pause, relax, and reconnect with yourself in this gentle, supportive two-part workshop led by Kara Shumway. Through guided relaxation, Reiki, and simple mind-body practices, participants will explore techniques to reduce stress, promote comfort, and find a greater sense of balance. No prior experience is necessary.
